8. Termination and Service Transfer

Should you choose to terminate your services with us and migrate your website or related services to another provider, a one-time migration fee of $499 will be assessed. This fee covers the cost of packaging, preparing, and securely transferring your website files, databases, and other associated assets to you or your designated third-party provider. This fee must be paid in full before the transfer of materials will be initiated.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
